The following are the terms and conditions of the "The Summer Fest” Promotion (the "Promotion") for www.888poker.com (the “Site”).

1. Significant Conditions:

1.1 Eligibility:

All players must be registered on the 888poker.com website and be 18+
The following significant conditions and general terms and conditions (the 'Terms') apply to the 'Summer Fest' (the 'Promotion') for www.888poker.com (the 'Site'). The Promotion is organized by the contracting company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you (the “Promoter”).
The Promotion is not available for players in Northern Ireland.

1.2 The Promotion:

The Promotion starts at 00:00:01 on 20.07.2026 and ends at 23:59:59 on 13.08.2026 (“The Promotion Period”).
To have the chance to receive a Freeroll Ticket for one of the $2,000 Summer Fest Freeroll tournaments taking place on 26.07.2026, 02.08.2026, 09.08.2026 and 16.08.2026 (“Summer Fest Freeroll”), players must complete one of the following weekly challenge(s) during the Promotion Period, from Monday-Sunday starting on Monday 20 July 2026:
1. Tournaments Challenge: Play poker tournaments, including BLAST, with buy-ins totaling $35 or more.
2. Casino Challenge: Place bets totaling $35 in casino games.
3.  Cash games challenge: Win 35 hands in cash games. stakes of 1¢/2¢ apply.
Deposits made with Skrill and Neteller are not eligible for the offer.
A maximum of one (1) Summer Fest Freeroll ticket will be awarded per player each week, with a maximum of four (4) awarded in the Promotion Period.
Each Summer Fest Freeroll will award tickets to ongoing, regular 888 poker Tournaments with different buy-in values (“Tournament Tickets”), as detailed in the Summer Fest Freeroll tournament lobby and, in addition, the top 100 players from each Summer Fest Freeroll will qualify for tickets for the London Live Event Freeroll“London Live Freeroll” which takes place on 16.08.2026.
In total, 400 players will receive a ticket to the “London Live Freeroll” (the top 100 players from each of the four Summer Fest Freeroll tournaments).
The Top 2 winners of the London Live Freeroll win a $2,500 package to the 888poker LIVE event in London, detailed below.
If a player participating in more than one Summer Fest Freeroll has already qualified for the “London Live Freeroll”, they will not receive an additional ticket, and the available ticket will go instead to the player who finished next in line in that week’s Summer Fest Freeroll, who has not already qualified for the London Live Freeroll.

1.3 Summer Fest Freerolls:

To receive Summer Freeroll Ticket(s) granted under the Promotion, you must claim by clicking on the relevant link in the email sent by 888poker, or by clicking on the pop up message in the mobile app, within 7 days of 888poker sending the claim email to you, or of the pop up appearing. If you do not claim within such time frame, your right to receive any Summer Fest Freeroll Ticket shall automatically expire.
Summer Fest Freeroll tickets will be credited to a player’s account within 72 hours of claiming via the email link or pop up message sent after completing one of the above challenges.
If a player claims a Summer Fest Freeroll ticket, it can be used for the next available Summer Fest Freeroll tournament.
Summer Fest Freeroll tickets will expire after 7 days of being credited .
There is a maximum of 18,000 players for each Summerfest Freeroll tournament and this is on a first come first served basis.
Exact time of the Summer Fest weekly Freerolls will be included in the ticket and will also be in the tournament lobby.
The exact number of Tournament Tickets available to be awarded via the Summer Fest Freeroll tournaments will be detailed in each Summer Fest Freeroll tournament lobby, together with the buy-in values of those Tournaments.

2. Tournament Tickets

If you are awarded a Tournament Ticket via a Summer Fest Freeroll, it will appear in “My Account”. Applicable Tournaments for which the Tournament Ticket can be used are shown by clicking on the Tournament Ticket or detailed in the Summer Fest Freeroll lobby.
Tournament Tickets won in the Summer Fest Freeroll will expire 14 days after being granted.
Tournament Tickets may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.

3. Summer Fest LIVE EVENT

The top 100 winners each week of $2,000 Summer Fest Freeroll will win a ticket to the online London Live Event Freeroll that will run on 23.08.2026.
The top 2 players in London Live Event Freeroll (each player a “Winner”) will win an 888poker LIVE event package to London that will take place during October 8th-18th 2026, with the Main Event held from October 14^th - 18^th 2026.
The package comprises $2,500 to be applied towards Main Event entry buy-in, travel and hotel accommodation (excluding food and drink) (the “Prize”), as further detailed below:
- £1250 buy-in to the 888poker LIVE London Main Event scheduled for the week of 14 October 2026;
- $500 for accommodation; and
- $300 for travel expenses to and from London.
Remaining balance will be paid into the Winner’s account in cash.

The Prize does not include food or drink or the cost of any other transport or entertainment during the period of time that the Winner is in London.
Specific event information will be provided to the Winners following the London Live Event Freeroll.
A Winner’s participation is subject to complete acceptance of the provisions below:

4. 888poker LIVE Event:

The Promoter will not be responsible for arranging the Winner's transportation from their home to the airport and from the airport to the hotel or any related costs such as parking.
The Winner may not redeem the Prize for cash or transfer it. In the event that the Winner is unable to attend (for any reason), the monetary value of the Prize will not be paid to the Winner, the Prize will not be delivered to them, nor will they be entitled to receive part of the Prize.
Event organizers have the right to change, modify or adjust any part of the tournament.
The 888poker Live London Festival will take place from 8-18 October 2026. The Main Event is scheduled for 14-18 October 2026. The Winner must ensure that they are available to be in London during these dates in order to fully enjoy the Prize.
The Promoter does not guarantee that the Package will cover all travel and hotel costs for the entire duration of the 888poker LIVE London Festival but the Winner may choose to arrive and participate before the Main Event at their own cost.
All events are arranged in GBP (£).
Cash tables are available NON-STOP within the tournament area.
By participating in this Event, the Winner agrees that they may be requested to wear branded patch clothing, provided by the Promoter, exclusively for the duration of the event, including at the final table.
The Promoter is not responsible for any tax obligation associated with the Prize.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to play in the Event. All participants in the Event must present proof of age (passport or other valid photo identification). Participants who cannot present such proof will be excluded from participation in the Event without any compensation.
By participating in the Event and winning the Prize, the Winner may be requested for their consent to be filmed at the Event and/or to use their details, imagery or voice for promotional and marketing purposes for an unlimited duration by the Company or its affiliates.
888poker does not endorse any type of agreement in any of our qualifying tournaments and therefore will not be responsible for resolving any private agreements made between members.
During the Event, tournament organizers will enforce strict rules regarding player behavior, including disqualification and the Winner agrees to adhere to these rules and not bring the Promoter into disrepute. In the event that the Winner is penalized or disqualified from the event as a result of his/her behavior for violation of the rules established by the tournament organizers, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for his/her entry into the Event and no refund will be provided.
By participating in this Event, each Winner accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.
All Web fraud and collusion rules apply. Any fraudulent activity will result in the Winner forfeiting their Prize (and their friends being unable to receive any part of the Prize Package) and the Promoter reserves the right to take further action against such player, including, but not limited to, canceling the player's account, as well as disqualification from this Event.
THE WINNER MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF A VALID PASSPORT FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT AND IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ANY VISA (IF NECESSARY) AND/OR ESTA (IF NECESSARY) FOR TRAVEL. THE PROMOTER ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY IF THE WINNER IS UNABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO LACK OF APPROPRIATE TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AND THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE PRIZE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
The Winner will be solely responsible for arranging his or her travel to and from the event and will be responsible for arranging his or her own travel insurance including, but not limited to, medical insurance and lost luggage insurance.
The Promoter is not responsible for changes to flights, accommodation and anything else related to the itinerary after the Winner has chosen their travel plans.
The Promoter and all other associated companies are not responsible for any damage, loss, expense (including travel and accommodation), accident, injury and/or inconvenience that may be suffered or caused by any Winner or their property as a result of their participation. at the Event or any activity related thereto, including, without limitation, any COVID-19 restrictions imposed by local government authorities or by the applicable health agency with respect to travel to or from the destination of the Event, whether in related to quarantine restrictions, entry/exit restrictions, COVID-19 or other PCR testing.
By participating in this Event, each Winner grants the Promoter, the right to provide his or her personal data to any third party provider providing any service related to the Prize solely for the purpose of delivering the Prize to the Winner.
If a player's account on the Website has been closed or self-excluded at any time until the Event takes place, they will not be able to receive the Prize, and the monetary value of the Prize will not be refunded.
By participating in the Event, each Winner agrees to release, release and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages arising from this Event or of the award or use of the Prize.
The Winner may be required to complete and sign an insurance waiver with any third party provider providing services in connection with the Prize, or with the Promoter, before being permitted to accept the Prize. The Promoter, or any third party provider providing services in connection with the Prize, may also require the Winner to sign other documents prior to delivery of the Prize.
The Promoter may modify these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, where necessary for security reasons, as a result of exceptional circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, or as a result of changes in applicable law or regulation. If the Promoter makes any material changes to these terms and conditions, it will notify the Winner of the changes with reasonable advance notice.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the Prize from the Winner, without monetary compensation, if the Winner is under any investigation or his or her account on the Website is closed/blocked.
All provisions hereof which by their nature must survive the termination or expiration of this Event to achieve their purpose shall remain in effect until such time as they are no longer necessary to survive to achieve that purpose.
The Website User Agreement applies to this Event.

5. General Terms and Conditions

The Promotion is organized by the 888 contracting company defined in the applicable User Agreement that governs your account with the Site ("888poker", "us" or "we" or "our").

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms and the applicable terms of the User Agreement.

No-one under the age of 18, or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher, may participate in this Promotion.
Eligibility for promotions is limited to one player per household even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined based on all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, payment card number, computer, and any other form of identification that may be required.
Officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents of the promoting company or any other company within its group of companies are not permitted to participate in the Promotion.
If you register or play in the UK:

You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'UK User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy'.

The amount you are able to withdraw from your account, is subject to the Withdrawal Policy. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll.

If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus (as further described in Section 9.2 (k) in the Terms of Service) then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the 'UK User Agreement'.

If you do not register or play in the UK:

You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the applicable User Agreement which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy.'

The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll. You can find details of the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits in the 'Withdrawal Policy'.

With respect to point 21 in the 'Bonus Policy' , if we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the User Agreement; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with such User Agreement'(for customers in European Single Market) or ‘User Agreement’ (for customers outside of the European Single Market.’’

We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:
1. using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting – eg. betting on red/black in roulette in equal amounts);
2. sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
3. colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
4. taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in;
5. using more than one account per household or per IP address;
6. taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and
7. purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
1. void any bets/stakes funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
2. remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.
888poker reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (i) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (ii) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets/stakes in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
1. receive the free bets/credit, or the full expected value of the free bets/credit, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets/stakes;
2. place the remaining qualifying bets/stakes required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets/credit, or the full expected value of the free bets/credit, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
3. materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets/stakes required by the promotion.
You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets/credit) if you have previously been informed by 888poker that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the 888poker website or the 888poker iOS or Android Mobile app.
888poker has the right to refuse or withhold free bets/credit (or any winnings from free bets/credit) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
1. without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
2. by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the promotion for any other reason).
We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.
We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
All individuals agree to these terms and conditions, which govern the Promotion, in addition to the 'UK User Agreement' (for customers in the UK), the "User Agreement" (for customers in the European Single Market) or 'User Agreement' (for customers outside the European Single Market and the Republic of Ireland), which governs your use of our website and app, and your betting or gaming activity on it, and which includes, but is not limited to, the "Bonus Policy” and the 888poker House Rules (currently available here).
These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us.
Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account.
All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) may be forfeited when making a withdrawal.
You may request withdrawal of your available balance funds (including, without limitation, your deposit balance) from your 888poker account at any time subject to the terms outlined in the User Agreement.
These terms and conditions are governed by the governing law that is set out in your applicable User Agreement.
